My forehead leans against hers as I gaze into her deep blue eyes that are full of longing. I want her to believe me, to trust in me, to feel that I need her. I didn’t want her to get hurt because of me, but I can’t stay away any longer. I need her more than anything. She is my drug and I’m giving in to my addiction.
I lick and bite my lip in anticipation, waiting for her to let me in. I can’t stop wanting her, but if she really doesn’t want me the same way I do then I’ll have no choice but to stop. “Tell me what you want. What you really need. Do you want me to let you go? Do you want me to stop hunting for you?” I whisper.
I’m pleading in my head for her to say ‘no.’ I look her in the eye, telling her without words that this is what I desire the most. She takes in a deep breath and opens her mouth.
When she says, “Kiss me. I want you to kiss me,” I’m done for.
I press my lips on top of hers like before, taking it slow and easy this time. It felt like I was dying of thirst, but now, after knowing she’s okay with it, I’m much calmer. I take her lips in slow, lavish licks, kissing her with every ounce of my love.
She shivers in my arms as I hold onto her tight, pulling her closer to me. She kisses me back tenderly, her lips as caring and soft as she is. Her hot mouth is driving me insane. She’s the only one who can do this to me.
She’s turning to mush in my arms, and I love how it feels, so powerful, so intense. My instincts take over as I grab her hands and pin them above her head. I alternate my kisses with nibbles, arousing her so much she moans out loud. My cock responds with enthusiasm, poking against the fabric of my pants, eager to take her.
Before I know it, my hands are slipping down her body, along her waist, and to her thighs, my fingers desperate to squeeze that tight ass of hers. Her arms find their way to my chest, and I love how she feels me up, desperate to get a hold of me. She twines her arms around my neck, giving me full access to her skin. I kiss my way to her neck, finally able to press my lips on that one spot I know winds girls up. She starts panting, and then I know I’ve hit the sweet spot.
I’ve waited so long for this that it takes every fiber of my being not to pick her up and bang her against the car right now. She’s a virgin, and I don’t want to make her do things she’s not ready for. She’s never been fucked, and that’s all I ever do. I don’t make love. I bang girls, take them in whatever position I like. I’m not so sure she’s even been kissed like this before.
But shit, this is fucking hot.
I pull back for a second, breathing out my horniness. “God, that dress,” I groan. “Why’d you have to put that on?”
“Couldn’t come to the party in a pair of sweatpants,” she mutters.
She giggles when I leave little pecks on her collarbone, peeking down into her dress. I can already see the swell of her tits, primed and ready for me to cup and lick the crown. “Hmmm …” I rest my head on her shoulder, nibbling on her earlobe. “You look so damn hot… You don’t wanna know what goes on in my mind when you’re all dressed up like this. It’s too dirty to handle,” I whisper.
I can feel the goose bumps forming on her body as my hands slide down her arm. “Although I wouldn’t mind the sweatpants either. Easier to take off.”
Although nothing beats her sex appeal in this black dress. Damn.
I suckle on her earlobe and move back to her lips again, leaving hickeys all over her neck. My hand shifts to her ass and I squeeze tight, feeling her perky flesh in my fingers. She gasps. Hot fucking Jesus. Now I really want to come inside her.
Our lips are locked, our eyes closed, and my mind is whirring with thoughts about stripping her bare. When she grasps my hair and tugs me closer my cock thumps in my pants. My fingers slide down her leg and move up her dress, slowly getting closer to her most sensitive spot. God, I wonder if she’s ever been touched there. I’d like to be the first.
I’m fucking her with my mouth, my tongue going crazy as I press my cock against her thigh. Sweet Jesus. We’re not even naked yet and I already feel like I want to make her scream my name.

Hello Romance Readers! I was recently asked by Author Clarissa Wild to post on my blog about her new release Fury. It ended up with me receiving both novels to read and review honestly. I read Fierce over a weekend. Now I am busy reading Fury. Currently I am on Chapter 6. Review of Fury coming SOON!
Rating
4.0 Rosebuds of Writing Raves
This novel was a New Age Genre read. The story-line was true to the genre. Each chapter is titled. The novel takes place over only a few weeks time, and the time-frame follows the characters and there day to day activities exactly. While reading the reader has no problem knowing who is talking when. Each characters voice is clear and concise.
The setting of the novel is the beginnings of college. It is the first day. Autumn who tends to call herself, ‘chicken-shit’ has a run in with a leaf blower. Hunter just happens to catch the show. Afterwards he finds an item lying in the grass he is sure is hers. Know, just how to return it to her…
The biggest reason that I liked and recommend this read is because it is not like every other read on the market. Hunter is not a billionaire or a rock star. He grew up just scraping by. Autumn is lucky enough that her parents were able to pay for her college tuition. Yet, like most students she has to work in order to have enough money for food, clothes, etc.
Another reason I liked and recommend Fierce is that Autumn is the character that she is. Bookish. While reading Fierce, I was sent back into my own memories of high school and college. I was the girl guys ignored, studied hard, and my nights and weekends were more reading than partying. Fierce shows that their is someone for everyone.
The only thing that I did not like about this novel was that Autumn likes to say GD, quite a lot. But that is just my taste.
Both the Hero and Heroine find themselves moving out of their comfort zones throughout this novel. College becomes a time of big change. A time when the real world becomes a reality. A time when they learn who their real friends are. Autumn follows the rules, Hunter breaks the rules. Hunter is a loner, Autumn likes having a BFF. Hunter has a temper, Autumn is shy and reserved. Autumn learns quickly, while Hunter learns at a slower rate. Autumn does not like to draw attention. Hunter is used to attracting the looks of the ladies.
Opposites attract, but will decisions they each make break them up or keep them together…
2.5 Teardrops
Emotional Reader here. On the outside Hunter is such a tough looking guy. Which on the outside he really is, and strong too. Yet, in his actions with Autumn he is a very caring and has a very loving and gentle soul. Autumn sees pain in Hunter’s eyes. However, she does not know the reason and Hunter is not that open at first with her about the decisions he has made recently. Making the reader very curious about the whole situation. Which is what drew me into the story. I just wanted to keep reading to discover the reason for his behavior. And no matter what, Autumn never gave up on Hunter.
4.0 Romancing Raves
Autumn and Hunter both react to one another. Hunter throws out innuendos and flirts enjoying the reaction Autumn gives him. She tries not to notice Hunter, but her eyes just can not stop glancing at him. While her mind has all these intimate thoughts of what she would like to do with him. I love her reaction to what others call her. As they see her in regards to Hunters life. Hunter is sensitive to Autumn’s needs. He wants to protect her in all ways and in all things. Hunter does not see Autumn as the geeky girl she is. But as someone he wants to know, not change, but give her new experiences. Though some of the experiences Autumn gets herself into, Hunter would rather her not get involved in…
I hope you will enjoy this read as much as I did. Come back soon for the review on, Fury…
A Devastated Cambria returns home to Pasadena to deal with the consequences of her whirlwind relationship with Zander and the problems brought on by Carter’s possessiveness. Their desperate actions have set into motion a sequence of events that will change their lives forever.
The good girl meets bad boy tale of unexpected love and deception comes to its final conclusion.
Isabella Delvino is not your typical author. Although she spent her childhood outdoors and not with her nose in a book, she was always creating stories in her head. Her first ‘publishing success’ was winning a monthly writing contest for BOP magazine at the age of fifteen. It was a very short paragraph (about a certain boy band) but she won. No, she hasn’t been writing ever since but hey, better late than never. Isabella graduated from The University of Southern California and has been a career Stay-At-Home mom for many years. She lives with her husband, two kids and three dogs in a suburb of Los Angeles. She’s usually reading, watching the latest on Netflix or in the drive-thru line at Starbucks.
Cambria Cosgrove is a successful fashion blogger from Pasadena, the land of sun and the famous Rose Parade. Unhappy in her marriage, Cambria has finally made the bold decision to leave her husband Carter in spite of her good catholic girl upbringing. She just dropped divorce papers on the kitchen counter this morning and hopped on a plane to London with her best friend.
On their first night out in Notting Hill, Cambria meets an exotic, dark-haired musician by the name of Zander Slayne but Cambria has absolutely no desire in getting involved with another man, especially so soon after leaving her husband.
Zander puts the Bad in Bad Boy with his various tattoos and smoldering looks. He is so not her type and besides, the ink isn’t even dry on the divorce papers yet. But Zander is relentless.
Meanwhile, back home in Pasadena, Carter is frantic and will do just about anything to get Cambria back. He’s got problems of his own but focuses his attention on Cambria and refuses to believe she no longer loves him.
What if your destiny lay on the other side of death?

But this day is not a happy one for Faye Middleton. Not when she’s known her whole life that she’s a Defect and is about to face banishment in front of her fellow novices. She’s forced to attend the Culling with little hope for her future, but what she discovers about herself is far worse than she could’ve imagined. And far more dangerous.
Thrown into training and separated from her friends, Faye must learn to adjust. She struggles to find her place within the Coven, and with Jaxen Gramm, the darkly handsome and extremely unnerving man assigned to watch and protect her. Emotions run high, and when she discovers a deadly secret about him, her struggles deepen. As corruption within the Coven begins to unravel, Faye pieces together her role in saving the future of her people, and within Jaxen’s life…but will the truth save her, or be her undoing?

Everlasting Teasers
From Chapter 3
“This way,” Nathaniel says from the side of the stage. We’re like cows being herded into individual pens to await sacrifice. There are closed-in cubicles constructed backstage, and each of us is placed in one without a word of guidance or encouragement.
“Wait a second,” I say as I try to scan down the row one last time for Katie, but I’m shoved into my cubicle and the door shuts, enclosing me in between four confining walls with only the light of a lamp. I drag my hands down the fabric of the walls until I fall down into my seat. I tug on my braid again and again and again. Calm down. Breathe. Calm down. I chant this over and over again, imagining that Katie’s the one who’s coaching me. I shut my eyes and am back in her room. The scent of her perfume overwhelms the small space, but instead of making me sneeze, it comforts me. It makes my imagined state more real.
I hear loud clapping coming from off the stage and know someone must’ve just gone. They obviously weren’t a Defect. No one wants a Defect at their ceremony. A voice shouts, “Let’s go, Todd Jenson. It’s time to meet your partner.” I wonder if it was Katie on stage. I wonder if he’s her partner. I wonder this through eighteen more times worth of clapping and cheering and name calling. Anytime now, they’ll open my door and force me to stand before the crowd, force me to touch the quartz, force me to face my peers in shame. If they deem me a Defect, I’ll be the first this Culling, and most likely the only.
I twist my hands into knots and think about my parents. They have to be out there by now. I’m going to walk out there and they’re going to be in the front row smiling. I open my eyes. Four walls. They’re closing in on me. They’re suffocating me. I have to get out.
“Faye Middleton?” The door opens and air rushes in. I draw sharply on it as the cheering continues. Another novice and her new partner walk off stage. It’s the girl with black hair. She’s coyly looking at him from under her lashes. He looks pissed.
Nathaniel guides me forward, and I want to yank my arm from him. I want to tell him I left my courage back in that cubicle, but I don’t. I can’t. My lips are glued shut by fear. My knees have turned into two extremities of doubt, and I know I’m going to fall. I’m going to forget how to speak.
Steel blue eyes find mine from across the stage. Elder Maddock. He bows ever so slightly in my direction, his eyes seeking past my outer appearance. I wonder if he knows who I am. He has to. I stop right before him and feel like a bird trapped in a cage. I can’t escape the thousands of eyes studying me. I can’t escape the hundreds of assumptions building me into something I’m not.
“Faye Middleton,” he says, his voice eager and curious. There’s a friendly lightness in his voice I don’t expect, a sound that makes me feel safe and comfortable under his gaze. He has thick, golden brown hair combed neatly over to the side and back, showing off the squared planes of his face. He looks much younger than he should, but older than my father. “Are you ready to begin?”
I turn to the crowd and scan desperately for my parents. Eyes. There are so many eyes. Too many. They form together, creating an awful monster that wants to swallow me whole. I can’t find them. The eyes have hidden them from me. I’m all alone. I try to swallow, but my mouth is so dry. I bite the inside of my cheek, curbing the need to release tears.
The Witch standing next to him says, “Faye, he asked you a question.”
I take in a tight breath and force myself to look away and back at Maddock. “I’m sorry,” I whisper, my stomach twisting a little tighter.
He pretends not to notice the panic I’m sure my face is masked in and offers me the kindest, most patient smile. “Everyone is nervous on the day of the Culling,” he says knowingly. “I was a wreck the day of mine.”
Polite laughter comes from the audience, and I feel myself relax just enough so that I can breathe again.
He offers me a small wink…a knowing sort of wink, and says, “Your parents will be proud.” He says these words carefully, evenly, and I know he’s trying to tell me something. They’re okay? He’s aware of who I am. “So are you ready to begin?”
Everlasting Teasers
From Chapter 10
“Come here,” he says, his tone low, husky. My heart flaps harder, wilder. He’s looking straight into the mirror. I want to be that mirror looking back at him, drowning in his eyes and words of want. His back is a mountain of lean, cut muscles. His fists are pressed against the counter, held tight and firm. Thick veins stick out from under his skin, just waiting for my fingers to trail over.
I find myself just a step away from him, my heart hammering against my chest. I don’t know why. He’s helping me, nothing more, so why do I feel so lightheaded and flushed inside? Why does my skin crave for his touch, a touch that’s sure to come, even if full of innocence?
He moves just enough to fit me in between him and the counter. I swallow down my nerves and stand in front of him, resting a hand against the marbled countertop to help stabilize me. I try not to notice the tension in his body, the way his eyes close when my leg brushes against his, the way he licks his lips when our faces come just a breath’s length away from each other.
His eyes open, and he holds me with his gaze. He allows me to see past his titanium wall. In front of him, gazing into his endless, green eyes, I know I could fall at any moment, physically and emotionally, and this scares the hell out of me. I barely know him, yet, I feel like I’ve known him forever.
He reaches behind me and turns the hot water on. He’s so close, so unbelievably close, my fingers almost slip out from under me. There’s no steadying my heart, no taming my breathing as he waits for the
water to heat before wetting the towel. He lifts his other hand, and it hovers next to my waist like he’s waiting for something; a sign, an approval. I close my eyes, breathe in, and then his hand drifts down my waist where it comes to rest on top of my hip.
My breathing stops, along with my heart. My muscles clench with want. I curse the material between my skin and his hand. I want to give in to whatever delirium has taken over my rational thinking.
He gently pushes me back against the counter. The back of my legs bump against it, stopping me as he closes the distance between us. The way his body ever so slightly presses against mine ignites a flame inside of me, burning and aching for more of his touch. His hand lifts, slightly shaking, and then brushes the hair from my face until it comes to rest at the base of my neck. He’s a pyromancer, controlling and building the fire within me. The firmness of his grip sends heat to places I’ve never felt heat before.
His eyes lock on mine. His other hand lifts, bringing the towel just to the edge of my lip where the cut is. I wince when he presses it against my mouth and squeeze my eyes shut. Shut the pain off, I tell myself. I had during the fight without even trying. I open my eyes again and focus on the color of his, the deep evergreen color that displays wisdom. He’s looking down at my mouth, still wiping away blood. His eyes brush mine again, and then move to the cut on the side of my eyebrow.
My heart feels like it could drift away at any moment with all the fluttering. There’s such a gentleness about him, a kindness that has yet to be shown, and yet, here he is, showing it to me, to someone who had brought this upon herself.

Can Kate forgive herself and trust Reed in order to latch onto the one emotion she needs most… love?
“Jesus, Katherine,” he mumbles as I kiss my way across his jaw and over to his ear. “What are you doing to me?”
“Kissing you,” I whisper in his ear and brush my lips against his ear lobe.
“Mmmmm hmmmm.” His hands move to my waist and guide me onto him. I’m straddling his lap and his fingers dig into my hips. I rush my hands into his hair and his head presses all the way against the couch, the leather giving in to my demands. Our tongues clash against each other exploring as if it’s our first kiss, yet knowingly anticipating our next ridge or groove. My heart races in ways I never knew possible. My hands run down to the hem of his button down shirt and to the top of his pants. I start to pull at his shirt to un-tuck it, but his hands come around and lock around my wrists restraining me from pulling anymore. I whine into his mouth.
“Why?” I mumble against the softness of his lips and smile.
“This is the first time I’m in your house and I just met your parents… maybe the second time,” he jokes and then nibbles on my bottom lip.
“Grrrrr,” I grumble in his mouth. “You are always being too good.” His eyes narrow at me and he let’s out a rough chuckle.
“Katherine, I think you know that’s not true and I’ll show you just how bad I am when we are back up at school.” His hands snake up to my shoulders wrapping around the back of my neck. Pulling me towards him and his lips find mine again. Softly he kisses me across my jaw to my ear. “Patience,” he whispers.
“I don’t want to be patient,” I pout as I push my body into him. He laughs into me and un-straddles me from his lap. We face each other and I smile shyly at him feeling a little funny by my boldness.
“Stop,” he says, and his hand latches onto my pinky finger gently rubbing it. “Don’t be embarrassed. I don’t like you having to be patient either,” he says, just before he plants a firm kiss to my forehead. I lean myself against him and rest my head on his chest. His arms wrap around me tightly making my insecurities fade. As I take in his familiar pine and masculine scent he shifts us back against the arm of the couch allowing me to snuggle myself even closer.

Excerpt 1
Their First Meeting
The pretty, young host escorts me to a table for two near a window with panoramic water vistas. Within minutes, a server takes my order. As my café latté arrives, I can’t help but overhear a rude exchange between a man and his leggy blonde with the host that escorted me to my seat.
“Look, I reserved that exact seat yesterday,” he says.
“I apologize sir, but that seat is not available,” the host replies.
“Well, if you were doing your job in the first place, it would be available to me, wouldn’t it?”
“Sir, I’m sorry for the error, but it wasn’t written here. If you like, you can wait at the bar where I’ll be happy to serve you a complimentary beverage of your choice while you wait, or I can accommodate you at an available table now.”
I can’t help but look to see who this asshole is.
Everything about him smells of money. From the designer jeans that hug his ass, all the way to the Jaeger Reverso watch that graces his wrist. He’s hot—probably in his mid to late thirties, tall, broad shoulders, piercing grey eyes, and a head of black hair like I’ve never seen.
Ordinarily, I might have found him attractive, if only he would just shut up.
Everything he says to that poor young girl, who has tried so hard to rectify someone else’s mistake, pisses me off. He’s been nothing but rude and condescending. As I look up, my eyes land straight on his. Then I realize they’re all looking my way. I turn around to look behind me, but there is no one. Then it dawns on me that he’s arguing with the host about my seat.
My meal arrives. I mind my business, and I proceed to enjoy it. Before I know it, I see him approaching my table. I pretend not to notice and focus all my attention on my lemon ricotta pancakes before me, but within seconds, he stands beside me.
“Excuse me, my name is Jonathan Kole. Would you mind terribly if you were seated elsewhere?”
My eyes travel across my pancakes to his broad thighs, to his crotch, and to what I suspect is an extremely trimmed stomach beyond his black ribbed sweater. Then I stare into his grey eyes in silence.
“You see, my girlfriend and I met right here at this table a year ago, and I wanted to propose to her.
Here. Today.”
“Actually, Jonathan, I do mind. Seeing that I’m enjoying my meal, surely you wouldn’t mind waiting until I’m done. Or perhaps you can let that polite host, who has done everything possible to accommodate you, have you seated elsewhere.”
“Do you have any idea who I am?” he asks.
Asshole! Your name might sound familiar but who cares…
“No. You could be the king of England and I wouldn’t give a damn.”
“Who the hell do you think you are?”
“You really want to know?” I ask quietly.
He lowers his head slightly, as if he’s seriously interested.
“I am a woman who walked in on her fiancé screwing her best friend one week before her wedding, so forgive me if I’m not in a sentimental mood.”
His mouth drops open at my response.
“Now, if you’ll excuse me, Mr. Kole, I’d really like to enjoy my brunch.”
His piercing grey eyes are glaring into mine. I know he’s angry. His temple pulsates as he stares at me. He walks away completely flushed.
I don’t care. Perhaps if he had been nicer to that host I would have considered his request. However, because he comes from money doesn’t give him the right to speak to people any which way he wishes.
I continue to enjoy my meal and notice him walking hand in hand to the bar with Malibu Barbie. Half an hour later, I ask for the check then purposely make him wait an additional five minutes before I leave.
On the way out, the host looks at me bright-eyed. “No one ever speaks to Mr. Kole that way, Miss McLean.”
“Well, it’s time someone taught him some manners,” I reply. I hand her a healthy tip, and I’m on my way.

Steamy Excerpt
We finish lunch and watch a movie and some football, complete with popcorn and soda. When the sun starts its descent, we head to the hot tub. I am a little nervous. I hope I don’t gawk at him again. I slip into a little white bikini, wrap myself in a robe, and head out.
When I get onto the terrace, I try to ignore the fact that ass-hugging Ralph Lauren trunks cling to every inch of his well-endowed front… and back. He steps into the tub, and after I tear my robe away, he stretches out his hand and helps me in. I have no idea what I was thinking when I agreed to this. I can’t get hot and sexy images of us having passionate sex in the tub out of my head.
Since Richard and I broke up, my body has craved sexual pleasure in a way it hasn’t before, but this is flipping torture. Sure, I’ve pleasured myself a few times, but there is no substitute for a man who you’re physically attracted to who you know knows all the right things to do to you in bed. Sitting opposite to him, I close my eyes, sit back, and relax. I hope that I don’t give him a clue that while I lie here, I am practically salivating at the mouth and lusting for his sexual pleasure.
I am just starting to calm down and relax when he raises one of my feet and massages, working his thumbs from around my ankle to the arch of my foot and then my toes. My God, I swear this could be considered foreplay, because what he is doing to me right now causes all sorts of tension to develop between my thighs, along with the tingling sensation that runs down my lower back.
My goodness. Is he purposely trying to seduce me, or is he completely unaware of what his actions are doing to my body?
Oh, don’t be naïve, Jada. Of course he knows what he’s doing. He’s made his feelings for you abundantly clear.
He moves to my other foot, and as he works, a soft moan spurts out of my lips. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been this sexually aroused. I try to remember the last time I was with Richard, and nothing comes to mind. Jonathan snaps me back to the present when his hands move from my feet and he works his way up my calf.
Oh God, that feels good.
I feel like I’m losing control. I want him to make love to me. I open my eyes, and I’m startled when I find him staring straight at me. He hooks his arms under my thighs and pulls me towards him. The look in his eyes are filled with pure desire. I’m straddling him, and I can feel his erection in the center of my crevasse; just a few thin strips of fabric are between us.
He folds me in his arms and draws me close to him. My heart explodes between our bodies, and my hardened nipples are against his chest. I lean my forehead against his, and finally our lips touch. He gently braces my head with his palm, and I wrap my arms around his neck. He kisses me again, but this time I part my lips, allowing his tongue to slip into my mouth. I open my mouth wider, letting him deepen our kiss, allowing our tongues to tease and explore each other. My hands roam over his neck, shoulders, and chest.
His hands glide over my shoulders and down to my back. He draws me closer towards him. Kissing my neck, his hands caress my back, and his fingers inch closer to the ties of my swimsuit.
Suddenly, I remember that he may very well be the man to ensure that I am sent off to prison.
I pull away. My breathing is heavy—so is his. My forehead is still against his. He kisses me on my cheek then my neck.
“Why’d you have to be the bloody District Attorney?” I whisper.
“And why’d you have to be a suspect?” he responds.

Sexually Explicit Excerpt
After dinner, Jada’s on the phone with her brother in the living room while I get to work upstairs in my office. I have to finish getting ready for a deposition first thing tomorrow morning. A couple hours in, my office door opens and Jada walks in. Her wet hair falls in curly locks over her shoulders.
“Hey, Babe. You okay?” I ask.
She gazes into my eyes but does not verbally respond. She walks over to me, spanning her legs across my body while I sit in my office chair. She pulls away my T-shirt she’s wearing over her head, revealing her completely nude body. She’s doesn’t have any underwear on, and at that moment, it becomes clear what she wants.
She devours my lips as one of her hands travel towards my crotch. Sex is the furthest thing on my mind, but my cock stands erect and seems to agree with her plan. Her eyes are filled with so much desire, and before I can think to protest, I hear the zipper on my jeans head south.
“Ja—” I try to stop her, but she ignores my subtle protest.
Within seconds, she rips my jeans off, and her hands travel up and down my stiff cock as she descends between my thighs. I soon feel the warmth of her mouth surrounding me. I give up on trying to stop her, shut my laptop, and push it to the side of my desk. I watch while she swallows my cock. She’s sucking on it like a leech, massaging me in all the right places.
I sink my hand into her hair over her head and rotate my hips between her slippery fingers and into her mouth. I know I won’t last much longer if she keeps this up. I’m about to explode.
“Fuck, Jada.” I stand and pull her to her feet. Then after pulling my shirt over my head, I shove all the files on the desk away. A pile of books towards its edge comes crashing down to the floor before I set her to lie on my desk. For her pleasure, probably more so mine, I’ll give her what she wants. I sit in my chair, spreading her legs far apart. I rub her gently with my fingers then circle her center with tender kisses. I aim straight for her swollen pussy and release my tongue inside her.
She’s quickly becomes saturated, and her soft pleasurable cries and moans permeate through the room. She raises her ass repeatedly to meet my stride, and her erotic, sexual dance lets me know she’s enjoying this as much as I am. I alternate licking her with rubbing her clit with my middle and index fingers, arousing her further. She’s sweet. I could do this to her all night long, and the sight of her juices running down her thighs and my hands makes me eager to get inside her.
I come up for air, using my fingers above and inside her, then take a moment to absorb her beauty. Her eyes meet mine. She slips off the desk and straddles me in my chair, slowly swinging her hips over my erection.
I circle my hands around her head and look into her eyes. I’m not sure, but I think what started out as pure sexual desire for her might have turned into something else. I see a speck of vulnerability in her eyes, and it’s at that moment, I realize what she might need is so much more than awesome sex.
I draw her head towards me, kissing her gently on her lips. The intensity between us rises, and as we zealously kiss, the sight of her engorged ruffles slipping over my cock makes me want all of her.
I lift her, placing her on my desk once more. I stand, and she comes to her feet surrounding her arms around my neck as we kiss. With her in my arms, I take tiny steps towards the door. It’s my intention to take her to my bed, but she’s now massaging my cock, and I can’t hold back further.
I plaster her lithe body against the wall, slowly entering her. She wraps her slender arms around my neck, her soft kisses on my throat heightening my desire for her.
My arms brace her extended legs apart as I continue to ascend my body into her. She ties her legs around my sweaty frame as I circle her in my arms.
Her kisses become more demanding. I want to please her. I feel her loving caress in my hair, her soft touch on my wound from this afternoon, and her soft whispers of my name. I know she’s nearing her peak.
I gaze at her as I thrust myself into her, sending her body up and down against the wall. Her eyes are closed, some of the wet tendrils of her hair are plastered around her neck, and her mellifluous pleasurable moans arouse me further.
We slowly collapse to the plush rug on the floor, and as I kneel on the floor with her wrapped in my arms, she slips her slippery wet core over my stiff arousal. Our tongues are in a never-ending dance as we passionately kiss.
I flip her over, face down, and I bury my cock inside her. Taking her from behind, I circle my cock inside her, boring my ass into her while pleasuring her core again, and again, and again, all while teasing her, gratifying her, rubbing her pleats.
I need to see her face. There’s nothing I love more than watching her come. I flip her onto her back. Her hands clasps mine as I slowly move over her, delving myself into her.
“Oh, Johnny…” she cries out in utter bliss.
“Yes, Babe… Harder?”
“Yes.”
“Faster?”
“Yes…Deeper…”
She’s near her release. I hold her firmly in place as she wraps her arms around my shoulders and give her what she so desperately desires, thrusting my body hard and deep inside her.
I, too, am so close to coming. Her moaning is louder, and as she announces her grandeur, I feel her nails digging firmly into my back. She’s coming, hard, and as I watch her convulse in my arms, I join her and we both release.
I worked on this book for the last year and the whole time, I could hear my mentor’s voice in my head.
“Telling not showing,” she’d say, or “I’m not convinced… not feeling it here.”
With this book I pushed myself, and tried to blow everything I knew I was guilty of with my first book (at least during the writing phase), out the park. My aim was to make the reader and my mentor, laugh and cry. I want readers to feel happy and sad, and at times I want them to feel angry—I want them to experience what the characters feel.
I’ve always had the most difficult time being funny in my writing and it was something I really strived to do in certain parts of this book. I think I’ve succeeded—it’s up to bookworms out there to decide J. I’m silly, I laugh at my own jokes and depending on my husband to tell me if something was funny or not in a romance novel, was a complete waste of time.
He always gave the same blah response, “It’s cute.”
Not necessarily what you want to hear when attempting to write a funny scene.
The scenes where I wanted to evoke tears were the most difficult however. I had to get myself in “the zone”. That meant privacy, quiet, soft or no music, then I’d put myself in my characters shoes and I’d imagine how they’d feel.
In some instances, it was as simple as going back to a sad time in my life, but in others, I used my own fears— how I thought I would react in a given situation to write those scenes. I thought if I felt what the characters did; it would translate to the readers too. When I found myself bawling while my fingertips scrambled across the keyboard, I truly believed I would succeed in roping the reader in.
My aim was to keep readers engaged from page one all the way to the very end. Love, Lies & The D.A. will take people through a myriad of emotions—from lighthearted moments, to intense situations, from close encounters to steamy love scenes. Readers will laugh, and they will cry. I hope they thoroughly enjoy the heartwarming and sometimes heart-wrenching journey that Jada and Jonathan go through as they turn through the pages of my book.

Born and bred in Australia. Have lived here all my life with my wonderful husband and 4 children. Love reading any kind of books and love to write. Currently writing my second book in the ‘Sweet Series’ and love it.
Time frame for me was hard to follow. Sometimes I had to reread a scene to understand who was talking in a scene. There were times I was not sure whose room a scene was taking place in. I have nothing against the F Bomb, just know that if you decide to read this novel it is used quite a lot. In one scene, Caleb was driving a quad (thinking this is a 4-wheeler), but then it mentioned him as if he was riding a horse. I did learn about Australian Culture. Here is America we call a large clothes closet that one can walk in, a walk-in closet. In Australia it is called a walk-in robe. Plus across the pond they have , Double Black Vodka made by Smirnoff. This Vodka is an extra strong blend with a tangy citrus flavor.

Her debut novel, In the Beginning, an Amazon #1 bestseller, was written on a whim, put in a box for more than a decade, and finally pulled out, dusted off and published in 2013. She is also a playwright and Creative Director of the very successful and long-running community theater group, Darkhorse Theatre.
As an author, she has won multiple awards for her historical action novels, Quintspinner- A Pirate’s Quest and Deadly Misfortune. Straying into the genre of humour/comedy, Greenlay is the author of The Camping Guy, which is also available as a one act comedy (live theater script).
Greenlay began writing her first novel to fulfill one of the items on her bucket list. It was either that or learn to play the bagpipes. Her husband is grateful for her choice. She is fluent in at least her mother tongue and she thanks her fierce English teachers for that.

Writing and self-publishing enovels is a new adventure. Says Weger: “I won’t say it’s safe because half the time I don’t know what I’m doing. But, at least I don’t have to carry a machete or keep snake gun handy.”

I was born in Arkansas, played in Louisiana, and lived in Texas. Mostly in a small border town called Texarkana. It’s just about a mile from here to there. And you still aren’t anywhere. It’s the kind of town in which you can stand on the steps of a Baptist church and lob a rock across State Line Road to hit the front door of the liquor store. No matter how many roads you take to get out of there, it’s the kind of town that just hangs in your soul, coloring everything you do or think or say. Kind of like the small Texas town you’ll read about in A Home for Wayward Husbands. A Home for Wayward Husbands is about people surviving with the odds all against them. There’s some romance, some sex and a bit of mystery. The folks in this book are trying to keep secrets from each other and everyone knows you can’t keep a good secret in a small town. Not in any I’ve ever lived in anyway. I live with a dog and my imagination.

Title: Lie Next To Me (A Millionaire’s Love) Author: Sandi Lynn Release Date: February 17, 2014 Genre: New Adult, Contemporary Romance
Synopsis
The pain was unbearable, but I had to keep moving. I had to keep running because, if I didn’t, he’d find me. I looked behind me as I ran through the streets; scared, alone, and in the dark as the mist of rain hit my face. There was no time to think, and there was no time to stop. My shoes were soaked as they sloshed through the puddles of the dimly lit streets.
My name is Rory Sinclair, and the night I was violently attacked was the night that changed my life forever. One man, a man named Ian Braxton, made it his mission to heal me, to save me, and to show me a world that previously had been only a dream to me.
Ian Braxton is far from perfect. He’s a self-absorbed, demeaning, arrogant, and womanizing millionaire. He makes it so easy to hate him, but so very hard to resist him. We’re from opposite sides of the spectrum. He comes from money and I come from poverty. When our worlds collide, his struggles become mine, and mine become his, leaving us with one question:
How much would you give up to be with someone who was meant to be yours?
Excerpt
As soon as I stepped through the door and into the kitchen, Ian grabbed me and pushed me up against the wall, holding my arms above my head. “Don’t turn your back on me, Rory. I’m sorry. I don’t think you’re trash. I think you’re broken and I can fix you,” he whispered in my ear.
His hot breath traveled down my neck and my body went into a near convulsion. I wanted him, but I knew if anything were to happen, it would destroy me. I would become too emotionally attached and when he got tired of me and moved on, I wouldn’t recover. He brought his face to mine as he stared into my eyes.
“I’m not broken. I’m shattered. I’m a million tiny pieces that would take longer than forever to piece back together. So please, do me the favor and don’t even try,” I whispered.
His grip on my arms lightened as he let go and took a step back, giving me one last look before he turned around and walked away. I stood and placed my hand on my neck where his hot breath had touched me. I took in a deep breath and walked upstairs. Tomorrow was the day I start my life over, alone.
