I clearly was not prepared for an intense modern day type of Romeo and Juliet secret romance.  Totally caught off guard and glued to the plot as it thickened with suspenseful characters full of snotty mean girls and dangerous bad boys.  Yet through it all I fell for some swoon worthy alpha male heroes who would give their lives to protect their family and friends.  Honor bound and sworn to secrecy the Elite are a possessive clique who will ensure the safety of their kin.
